About Me

Hi, I'm Simone Prowse, ADHD coach and founder of Momentum Minds.

I was diagnosed with ADHD a couple of years ago, and while it didn’t change everything overnight, it gave me something I hadn’t had before—understanding. Things that used to frustrate me or make me feel “behind” started to make sense. It gave me permission to stop trying to fit into a mold that was never made for me, and instead, start figuring out how to work with my brain, not against it.

Momentum Minds grew out of that space—wanting to support others who are also figuring it out. Coaching, to me, isn’t about fixing anything. It’s about creating space for people to understand themselves better, build tools that actually work for them, and feel more confident showing up as who they really are.
