About Me

Hi, I’m Simone Prowse, ADHD coach (currently in training) and founder of Momentum Minds.

Being diagnosed with ADHD in 2023 gave me a clearer understanding of how my brain works and why I experience the world the way I do. For years, I struggled with frustration and the feeling of always being behind. The diagnosis helped me make sense of those experiences and, more importantly, gave me permission to stop trying to fit into a mold that wasn’t made for me. Instead, I began learning how to work with my brain’s unique strengths and challenges, rather than against them. That shift in perspective has been transformative — and it’s what inspires the coaching approach I bring to my work.

Momentum Minds grew out of that experience — a desire to support others who are also finding their way. Coaching, to me, isn’t about fixing anything. It’s about creating space to understand yourself better, build tools that actually work for you, and feel more confident showing up as your authentic self.

My focus is on helping you find clarity, build confidence, and keep moving forward — in your own unique way.

What is ADHD Coaching?

ADHD coaching is a collaborative process that helps you better understand how your brain works, and how to work with it, not against it. It’s not about fixing or diagnosing anything. It’s about creating space to figure out what’s getting in the way, and building practical strategies that actually make life easier.

Together, we might look at things like:

  • Finding ways to get organised (without the overwhelm)

  • Following through on tasks and goals

  • Managing distractions or decision fatigue

  • Building self-trust and confidence

  • Creating routines that fit you, not the other way around

Coaching works best when you’re ready to get curious about what’s going on beneath the surface, and open to experimenting with new ways of doing things. You don’t need to have it all figured out, you just need to be willing to start where you are.
